SIGN UP:Join us for the 2011 BayLax season!!
Signing up for BayLax is a 3 step process.
Step 1: To play in the BayLax league you MUST be a US Lacrosse Member: sign up for a US Lacrosse membership. Yearly membership costs $50. . (Proceed to Step 2 if already a member.)
Step 2: BayLax Sign up. Fill out the form below. Click submit then go to Step 3.
Step 3: Sending membership Payment. Payments are made via PayPal. Payments will ONLY be accepted via PayPal.
